cmi level 5: management coaching & mentoring
There are 7 different units to choose from as detailed below:
• Personal development as a manager and leader
• Introduction to management coaching and mentoring
• Management of coaching and mentoring
• Using coaching and mentoring skills as a manager
• Coaching practice and theory
• Mentoring practice and theory
• Management of action learning
The programme is designed to suit the needs of the group and involves attending one classroom session per unit and then providing evidence against certain assessment criteria to achieve the qualification. Assessment will be made through written assignments.
