cmi level 3: coaching & mentoring
Qualifications can be achieved at three different levels by completing certain units to achieve the relevant guided learning hours and total unit time:

• Coaching and mentoring for individual and team needs
• Managing the coaching and mentoring relationships 2
• Coaching and mentoring processes
• Completing the coaching and mentoring process
• Coaching and mentoring process evaluation
• Understanding Organisational culture, values and behaviour
• Understanding team dynamics
• Promoting equality and diversity
The programme is designed to suit the needs of the group and involves attending one classroom session per unit and then providing evidence against certain assessment criteria to achieve the qualification. Assessment will be made through written assignments.
